Great place for ribs. Ribs are only served on Friday and Saturday. The barbecue St. Louis ribs are served on Friday with the St Louis rub on Saturdays. I found no other restaurant that has ribs this good! The pulled pork sandwich large size, is huge and delicious. The chicken dinner is great too. You get 2 sides with dinners. The wait staff is very courteous. the atmosphere is great as its in a brewery which is still in use. This establishment used to be on Washington St downtown on the side street in the bowling alley. They have since moved to the new location on Midland St. Right by Vets Park.

I moved to Bay City, MI from Houston, TX about 5 years ago. I have since moved back to Houston, but I still miss this BBQ. Best brisket I've ever had, and in Texas I live right down the street from the famous Killens. First time I came to the Rusty Saw I was treated like family, and I make it a point to stop in anytime I'm in town. The owners truly care about their customers and their BBQ.

OK. Impress this North Carolina man. I know Q. Well, impressed I was. The cherry smoked ribs were just amazing. The smoke ring was visible. More than a rack of ribs, they were a work of art. Go and savor the flavor.

Staff is friendly, but I don't really give a duck about friendly service. I came here to eat ribs. Talked with the owner for a bit about beer and ordered the Friday night special, ribs with a cherry bbq sauce. Finding decent bbq or even any bbq around these parts is far and few between. The ribs came and immediately I could smell their smokey goodness. The meat was tender and slow slow slow...... cooked. Mmmmm. Oh yeah, that's the stuff. Bbq sauce was spicy, maybe needed just a little more kick but I'll leave that up to you. I got the dirty rice and corn bread for sides and they were... who cares? Do you eat bbq for the sides? I sure ducking don't. Side note - the ripsaw IPA is a halfway decent beer if your looking for something to wash those ribs down.

Pulled Pork was excellent, great Carolina Slaw, Dirty Rice, Red Beans and Rice, and delicious Corn Bread! Would love to see a few more sides such as Mac and Cheese, Corn on the Cob, Okra, or Brunswick Stew- for the southern flare. Great service even with a table of 7. Just a little pricey.

We were at this restaurant on a Saturday. They serve ribs only on the weekends. We thought that the ribs were very good, meaty with wonderful flavor.

we were in town for the weekend and had heard about this restaurant.we had made reservations for our large group (20) which turned into 30 before we got there. they were turning people away as they had no room, but the manager eventually was able to seat all of our group in broken up groups which was fine. the food and beer was absolutely awesome. our table had ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. they were all great, but I thought the brisket and pulled pork were off the chart awesome! the beers were great as well. tried a couple different ones as well. again thanks so much to the manager and staff for a great. time!
